You can log in to your server via SFTP or SSH. And in an emergency also via VNC.
You can upgrade to a larger package at any time; a downgrade is not possible due to QEMU.
You can find your password under your account in the panel when you click on My Services.
The KVM servers are hosted in our NTT-Frankfurt data center.
If you are not satisfied within 3 days, you can get a refund via a ticket. The prerequisite is that the error comes from us or the service was not provided on our part.
